About the Event
We dothis workout to honor Eugene's good friend Clint who was killed in action in 2007:
Clint Ahlquist was 23 when he was killed Feb. 20, 2007, by an improvised explosive device. Born in Scottsdale, Ariz., he had graduated from high school in Creede, Colo., before joining the Marine Corps at age 19.
He was killed while leading the evacuation of a machine-gunner in his squad who had been hit by a sniper. After organizing and leading the detail that carried the wounded Marine across a bridge to a waiting armored vehicle, Ahlquist was killed by the IED in front of his own squad.

- 1/2 Mile Run
- 5 KB Squat Clean and Press
- 10 Pullups
- 15 DB Floor Press
- 20 Knees to Elbows
- 25 Glute Ham Raises
- 30 Box Jumps
- 35 Pushups
- 40 Alternating Leg Lunges (each leg)
- 45 MB Russian Twists (each side)
- 50 Situps
- 1/2 Mile Run
- 50 Situps
- 45 MB Russian Twists (each side)
- 40 Alternating Leg Lunges (each leg)
- 35 Pushups
- 30 Box Jumps
- 25 Glute Ham Raises
