At Unbroken Fitness Solutions, we are committed to helping you reclaim your health and transform your life. Our limited-time 1-year prepaid personal training package offers clients a full year of results-driven training at a reduced rate. This package is designed for those ready to invest in their long-term health and wellness.

By purchasing this package, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Customized personal training tailored to your goals and physical condition

• Access to our state-of-the-art facility at 11605 Duenda Rd. Suite B, San Diego, CA 92127

• Ongoing fitness assessments, programming adjustments, and progress tracking

• Nutrition and lifestyle guidance via our mobile app

• Scheduling flexibility with training times from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM, plus 24-hour gym access

📌 Important Policies:

1. No Refunds
   Due to the deeply discounted nature of this limited-time offer and our commitment to reserving staff and scheduling resources in advance, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for unused sessions.

2. Trainer Availability
   While we aim to provide consistency in your coaching experience, trainer assignments are subject to change. Life happens — travel, emergencies, or staffing adjustments may require us to reassign you to another qualified coach. All of our trainers are vetted, certified, and aligned with our mission to serve you with excellence.

3. Session Expiration
   All sessions must be used within 12 months of the purchase date. Extensions will not be granted for missed sessions, vacations, or scheduling conflicts unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations
   We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited.

5. Client Responsibility
   This package is designed for individuals who are committed to showing up and putting in the work. Your results are a direct reflection of your consistency, effort, and adherence to the plan. Our coaches will guide, motivate, and educate — but your transformation is ultimately in your hands.
