PhilOsOphy:
Movement is medicine. I believe discipline is a God-given tool for stewardship of the body. Motivation is temporary, but discipline—built through faith, consistency, and obedience—creates lasting strength that carries through every season of life. What we practice in health and fitness inevitably shapes how we show up everywhere else.

My training approach emphasizes cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, and mobility. I’m an avid cyclist, riding 20–30 miles most days, and I coach around three essential principles: tissue shortening, tissue lengthening, and tissue breakdown—each necessary for resilience, performance, and injury prevention.
I’ve personally lived with and overcome chronic pain and spinal issues, choosing to avoid surgery whenever possible and viewing it as a last resort. God has blessed me with strength, perseverance, and healing, and my calling is to help others honor their bodies, overcome limitations, and walk in the strength they were designed to have.
