Cancellation Policy
Unbroken Fitness Group Class Booking Policy We’re excited to have you join our classes! To ensure smooth scheduling for both our clients and coaches, please review our class booking policy: 1. Booking Window You may book a class anytime up to the class start time. Exceptions: 6:00 AM classes follow a separate booking policy (see below). 2. Class Minimums If no participants are registered 1 hour before a class, the class may be cancelled. If you book within the last hour before class and you are the only participant, you accept the risk that the class may not run. 3. Cancellations If you cannot attend, please cancel your spot in the app as soon as possible. This helps free space for others and allows coaches to plan accordingly. 4. Late Arrivals Warm-ups are a vital part of every class to ensure safety and prevent injury. If you arrive late and miss the warm-up, it is at the coach’s discretion whether you may join. Please note: late arrivals disrupt the flow of the class and require coaches to repeat instructions, which takes away from the group’s experience. Out of respect for your safety and your classmates, on-time arrival is expected. 5. Arrival Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class start time to check in and get set up.
