Cancellation Policy
Unbroken Fitness Consultation Booking Policy At Unbroken Fitness Solutions, we value your time and ours. To ensure every client has the best possible experience, please review our booking policies for fitness consultations: 1. Consultation Fee All initial fitness consultations are free of charge (unless otherwise noted for special promotions). 2. Cancellation Policy We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation. Frequent last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to rebook. 3. No-Show Policy Clients who miss their scheduled consultation without notice will be marked as a No-Show. After two No-Shows, future bookings will require confirmation directly with our staff before being scheduled. 4. Rescheduling You may reschedule your consultation online, by phone, or by replying to your confirmation email/text. We encourage you to reschedule rather than cancel — this keeps your momentum and ensures we can get you back on track quickly. 5. Arrival & Preparation Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any paperwork and get settled. Wear comfortable, athletic clothing and bring water. Assessments may include light movement. 6. Commitment to Respect We respect your time, energy, and goals — and we ask for the same in return. Our policies exist to keep our coaches’ schedules running smoothly and to serve all clients fairly.
