🔥 Unbroken Fitness Solutions Infrared Sauna Policy & Liability Waiver Before using our infrared sauna, please review and acknowledge the following terms to ensure a safe, sanitary, and effective wellness experience. ✅ Session Scheduling & Use Guidelines Sessions are available in 15, 30, and 45-minute durations. Please arrive 30-45 minutes early to allow the sauna to preheat to your preferred temperature. The sauna is private, available for individuals or couples only. No mixed groups. Cell phone use is allowed, but please maintain a respectful environment. Be aware the sauna is in a working gym space—ambient noise may be present. 🧼 Cleanliness & Clothing Policy Clients must shower before sauna use if arriving post-workout. A towel barrier is required between your back, butt, and legs and the wood bench. You must wear clothing that covers private areas (e.g., shorts, bathing suit, sports bra). A towel must be worn when exiting the sauna to shower. Forgot a towel? You may purchase one in our pro-shop. 💧 Hydration Recommendation We strongly encourage hydration before and after your session. For optimal recovery and mineral balance, consider our Beneve electrolyte supplement, available at the front desk. ⚠️ Medical Waiver & Safety Notice By acknowledging this form, you confirm that: You are at least 18 years old. You do not have any of the following conditions, or have medical clearance if you do: High blood pressure or cardiovascular conditions Pregnancy Seizure disorders or epilepsy Recent surgery, open wounds, or active illness You understand the risks associated with sauna use, including dehydration, dizziness, and heat-related illness. You voluntarily assume all responsibility and risk related to sauna use and release Unbroken Fitness Solutions LLC from any and all liability. 🧖 Post-Session Policy If you experience profuse sweating, a shower may be required before re-entering shared gym spaces, at staff discretion. Allow your body time to cool down before resuming any physical activity.
