1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, app, or engaging with our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or have legal guardian consent.

  • You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • Personal training (in-person and remote)

  • Group training classes

  • Mobile app access for workouts and guidance

  • Supplement sales

  • 24/7 gym access (for qualified members)

Some services may be subject to separate agreements, waivers, or policies.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete registration information.

  • Use the services only for lawful purposes.

  • Not share your login credentials or keyless gym access.

  • Respect gym equipment, policies, and other members.

  • Consult a physician before beginning any fitness program, especially if you have existing medical conditions or concerns.

You acknowledge that all exercise carries inherent risk. You assume full responsibility for any personal injury, illness, or damage resulting from your participation in our programs or services.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. By purchasing any service or product:

  • You authorize Unbroken Fitness Solutions to charge your selected payment method.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

  • Subscription services (like premium app access) renew automatically unless canceled in advance.

  • You agree to provide 30 days' notice for cancellations via email to services@unbrokensd.com.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • No refunds for completed sessions, digital products, or supplements.

  • Missed personal training sessions may be forfeited unless proper notice is given per your trainer's policy.

  • For recurring payments (e.g., membership, app subscription), you must cancel 30 days before the next billing cycle.

6. 24/7 Gym Access Terms

For members with 24/7 access:

  • Access is granted via secure keyless entry.

  • No guests are allowed. Entry is restricted to the registered member only.

  • Violating access rules (e.g., letting in non-members) will result in immediate suspension or cancellation.

  • Members must give priority to personal training sessions and their clients.

  • Equipment misuse, theft, or unauthorized access will lead to account termination and possible legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, app, and digital programs—including videos, training plans, logos, and brand materials—is owned by Unbroken Fitness Solutions LLC or licensed to us.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Health Disclaimer

Unbroken Fitness Solutions is not a licensed medical provider. Our content and coaching are for educational and motivational purposes only.
Always consult your physician before beginning a new fitness program or dietary supplement.

If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort, stop and seek medical help immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unbroken Fitness Solutions LLC and its staff shall not be liable for:

  • Any injury, illness, or loss resulting from the use of our services or facilities.

  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access or data breaches.

  • Third-party service failures (e.g., app hosting, payment processors).

Your sole remedy is to stop using the services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and services without notice if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in behavior that risks the safety of others

  • Use our services fraudulently or abusively

12. Governing Law
